Qualification and Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, Over 18 months Experience/Fresher in Technical Support (Hardware products).
Tech savvy- Knows usage of Android phones, Chromebook and other client products and Background of Hardware domain or Hardware Certification an added advantage.
Monitoring teams capability to handle technical issues and addressing the best possible solution.
Responsible for all unresolved issues and escalating it further for resolution
SME is responsible for escalating all the unresolved issues to the respective stake holders and close loop till the closure
Responsible for meeting all critical SLAs including AHT, CS at and FCR
Publishing critical metrics report daily, weekly and monthly to the internal stake holders
Responsible for follow ups to customers to maintain relationships and identify potential unresolved issue to enhance the overall experience of customer.
Handling potential dissatisfied customers, taking ownership of their issues, resolving their issues, escalating issues to proper authorities if necessary & follow-up customers with constant e-mails
Responsible for the Bottom quarterly management .
PROCESS -[NON-TECHNICAL( Accounts/ Content Moderator)]
Qualification and Skills Required:
Social media management and moderation is a fine balance between overdoing and excessive monitoring.
A good social media moderator and manager needs to understand these intricacies and hone his/her skills accordingly for the social media presence of brands and companies
Moderate user generated content on our websites / applications where users post and upload content.
Content like photos, profile information is uploaded by users.
This content needs to be approved or disapproved based on internal policy.
Customer support role includes answering customer support tickets via customer support dashboard (non-voice).
Prior training will be provided for candidates to understand work flow and processes.
1. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
2. Sort and distribute incoming mail
3. Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
4. Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
5. Process check requests
6. Audit and process credit card bills
7. Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
8. Respond to all vendor inquiries
9. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
10. Assist in month end closing
11. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
12. Assist with other projects as needed
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH NIGHT SHIFTS.
