BIM Architect should be Bachelor/Master of Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a reputed instute with

5-8 years experience in Architect/Engg/Infrastructure Consultancy.  Would be responsible for  :

Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline Revit -Architecture &BIMModelling

Collaborate and Coordinate with other discipline design-changes and model challenges

Adhere to design Plan and project work flow criteria

Preparing 3D Models in Revit -Architecture/ Sketch Up

FollowBIMcontent standards and development procedures

Develop discipline specificBIMmodelling content for project.

QA ofBIM, drawings and quantities/BOQ

Responsible for Revit (BIM) Design, implementation, standards and Library

Prepare detailed drawings in Revit -Architecture for proposed plans, facilities and infrastructure prints of various original plans and records

Work as anArchitectto coordinate with drafting team.

Utilise customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve Revit productivity and efficiency in compliance with the company Revit.
