Introduction

We have 2 Full-time positions available to start immediately. Depending on the applicant and expertise level of the applicant, we may decide to have you focus on One of the above platforms, or Both.

We have an ecommerce sites that we would like to generate up to 1 Million Visitors, Per Site, Per Month using social media. This needs to all be achieved, from your Direct efforts.

We will give you access to ALL our Social Media Automation Bots and tools. There are many soft wares and tools available that can really save you a TON of time and deliver us measurable results Much faster. We will give you access to these tools/automation social media bots as soon as you start.

You will need to combine all your Social Media Experience, with ALL the Automation tools we provide, to Deliver exceptional results, Each Day, Every Day in the form of TRAFFIC.

What we provide

For the successful applicants we will provide you:

A few High End & Expensive educational programs for you to go through before commencing with us, so your knowledge is up to date with the latest techniques and strategies to drive massive traffic.

ALL the necessary automation tools and technologies that you will need to Proactively learn so you can use them to their full potential. You will be required to proactively Figure all these Tools out yourself and overcome any challenges and obstacles you may have.

This is a Self Driven, Autonomous Role, Not a hand holding role. You need to take initiative, think outside the box, and be resourceful to do whatever is necessary to achieve your monthly target of:

1 Million visits Per Month to our ecommerce site using Instagram and/or Pinterest.

This job will require you to be creative and think outside the box! You will need to do everything needed to achieve this goal, including: creating multiple accounts, using proxies, finding Viral related content relevant to our offers, posting highly engaging and well written posts for our offer/s, maximizing the use of ALL the automation tools/bots we will provide you, and everything else in between

Base Salary

To ensure we are inline with what we, and other companies pay other qualified team members, we propose to start you off between 8000 – 9000 INR per month, for 50hrs of work per week, for the first 12 months.

This will be you BASE Monthly Salary. We will ALSO pay monthly bonuses on TOP of this salary.

The bonus will be paid at our discretion and will be based on your direct efforts and the results you bring into our business in the form of: Monthly Traffic volume from these social media platforms. (See Bonus Section Below)

Payment will be made at the end of each month to your nominated paypal account.

Bonus (Want to make a LARGE Monthly Income )

We will pay bonuses EACH month based on the TRAFFIC you help our business generate. For example, if you help us hit 1 Million visits or More to our eCommerce site, we will pay up to 30,000 INR Bonus for that month (on top of your monthly base salary). We pay bonuses at our discretion based on various factors like Number of legitimate visitors from top tier countries that come from one of the two social platforms above, sales generated from the traffic you deliver, average time on our site, as well as other performance metrics.

If you fall short of this monthly traffic volume goal, dont worry, if we see a Massive increase in traffic from top tier countries, we will reward you with a CASH Bonuses each month at our discretion.

The applicant we hire will need to meet the following criteria:

Available on skype (when needed) and Must work exclusively for us;

MUST be fluent in communicating in English

Very Dependable, Reliable;

Honest and Very Trustworthy;

Own a powerful computer (ideally with 2 monitors for dual display);

Have a fast and reliable Internet connection.

Must record a daily video up to 10mins before you finish each day, that will show me what they worked on for the day and the results you achieved.

Hours Required to Work Per Week:

We will require the team member to work Full-Time Approx 50 hours per week, 5-6 days per week.
