Strategy development and execution support

– Annual operating plans and forecasting quarterly performance

– Product costing and margin analysis on a regular basis to help business teams to take timely pricing decisions

– Set monthly collection and payment forecast & monitor the same closely with the operating team

– Management of working capital of the business in line with operating plans

– Framing of commercial policies and controls and ensuring the same is implemented

– GST and TDS compliances

– Recover overdue balances from debtors

– Due diligence on new customers.

– Periodic review of material cost to protect the operating margins by revising selling prices appropriately

– Frame dealer billing policy; enforce adequate credit control over exposure

– Framing pricing policies in consultation with operating heads and circulating the same to all offices with necessary guidelines.

– Ensuring timely MIS with analysis to business leadership team and also assist to measure the performance of the division with Annual Business plan.

– Ensuring payment settlement to suppliers / dealer’s / associates / vendors

– Critical analysis of operating MIS in terms of key financial parameters like Margin, employee cost, operating cost and take corrective action wherever financial parameters are in variance with laid down bench mark.

– Guiding the team in terms of commercial issues. Address dealer grievances and filing of legal cases and the process for recovery of overdue outstanding

– Interacting closely with supply chain management / factory and fiannce team to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

– Design and enforce appropriate commercial controls at all times

– Review tenders of large jobs including costing, commercial terms & conditions, taxes & duties, benefits / concessions/ exemptions, legal & arbitration and guide the sales/construction team.Ensure the Execution of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Plans to Ensure On-Time In Full Deliveries
Responsible for all General activity like Production Planning, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Manpower handling, control of rejections & Budgeting
