Responsible for E2E Recruitment cycle.
Getting the requirements from respective departments and supporting accordingly.
Hiring candidates for various requirements on different technologies for all laterals junior to senior level positions.
Sourcing the relevant profiles through various job portals & reference.
Employee Relations & Engagement activities
Handling Employee On-Boarding/Joining formalities, induction for the new joiners.
Provide advice on Policy & practices to managers and employees.
Proactively develop and communicate to managers updates on HR processes, policies, identify areas for process/policy improvement.
Provide first-line support to managers and employees on a variety of employee relation issues.
Expected to provide clear and accurate advice in a timely manner.
Support in the execution/management of HR processes like On-boarding.
Provide advice on Reports on HR metrics and indicators to managers and Line HR.
Regularly work within different types of HR projects on Transformation, Re-organization, Acquisition support etc.
Management of employee relation cases in the most effective way.
Employee motivation & other Activities.
Maintaining MIS daily, weekly, monthly.
Sound knowledge of MS-Office,Excel &Power Point
Good communication both written & verbal.
Initiative and energetic for various activities
Good analytical skills
